Cant login to Old account

I tried playing BF6 on my steam account that is linked to my very old EA account I have had since BF3 came out. When i went to login it prompts me for 2fa or verify email. the email it shows is not my account. when i got to recover my account with my actual email it says that it does not exist. Upon contacting CS via chat I was told he couldnt verify my ownership and the dropped me without letting me escalate. now i cant even use live chat, every time i try it make sme log in, which obviously i cant do....
