Cant sumbit an appeal

So i sumbit an appeal about my transfer market ban, instead of telling me for what i have been baned they give me a link where i can download na data (didnt asked for it) now i cant re-open appeal an...

    Hey there, thanks for reaching out.

    Looking at the screenshot, your review is actually still pending. When an appeal is submitted, the Terms of Service team has to manually investigate the case, which usually takes a few business days. While the investigation is ongoing, you won't be able to open a second appeal for the same action.

    Once the team finishes reviewing your account, they'll send you an update directly via email with their decision. In the meantime, hang tight and keep an eye on your inbox (and spam/junk folders just in case).

    I can't verify your account directly here in the EA Forums. But judging by the screenshot you've provided, it is still pending. If they have already reviewed the case, they would have sent you an email with the results of the investigation. If you did not receive any emails and would like to double-check whether it's being reviewed, you can contact EA Help; they can check your account and provide further information.
