You can try to re-enable the EA account by resetting its password: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/ea-account/reset-expired-password/ If you can't reset the password, you will need to contact EA Help. The chat option is available depending on the topic selected. If you select that you need help to update your EA account, you should get the option to start a chat. I’d gladly try to reset the old account but literally have no idea what the hell the email I used is. I’ve never made an email address starting with 33 like it says in the screenshot. So not even sure where to start on that front.
Also I just did what you said and went to the update EA account tab on the help site and there is still no chat option. No idea if I’m just looking in the wrong spot or im crazy lol.
