Account was Recovered, but EA won't lift the Ban

Hi everyone,

I just recovered my hacked account yesterday.

I already changed the password, and turned on 2-factor authentication but EA won't lift the ban.

I already submitted an appeal but the first one got closed with no explanation.

It's like they don't read the appeal, I have provided the screenshot of the password change.

They said that the suspicious activity is "Account Takeover".

Can anyone or an EA admin please help me on this?

It's really hard to contact EA support.

    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. If the reason for the ban is having your account taken over, please open a case with an advisor. Make sure you do this from the account that is actively banned. Cases can be opened by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page. Thanks!
