Cant unlink steam account because the unlink button is not working

I was going to link my steam account to EA account it says another steam account is already linked to my steam account (which is not mine) and when i tried to unlink that the button is not working i ...

I disabled all overlays but it still not working

Would it be possible to test on another device AKMGYT​ to see if you have the same issue?

I'm trying to recreate the issue here but not able to so want to rule out as much as possible.
