CANT UPDATE MY E-MAIL

Hello,

I’m trying to change the email address linked to my EA account. The change appears to work at first, but after a short time (hours or days), it reverts back to the old email. When I try to change it again, I get an error saying “you have changed it recently.”

This issue has happened several times. My account has security verifications enabled (phone number, 2FA, etc.), but the change still doesn’t stay.

I no longer have access to my old email address, but I still have access to the phone number linked to my account. 

Could you please help me by removing the old email address completely from my account so I can use my new one permanently?
