Can't update my EA account e-mail and can't contact support

As stated above, I am trying to update my EA account e-mail but it seems something is preventing me from changing it, as the page does not allow me (error says that e-mail can't be changed). when try...

I just checked the EA Help website here, and it is working for me. Could you please try while using an incognito window or using a different web browser?

Done both, using Chrome and Edge and trying incognito windows on both. It doesn't go past the loading page.

    Meanwhile tried on mobile using Safari, too. Also does not work!! Once I click submit, it just goes to a page with a loading ring that keeps on loading forever. Hence, it seems submitting a ticket is not possible! How are we supposed to reach EA service??
