Case keeps getting resolved with no contact
I have been trying for days to get in contact with support. I sit in the queue forever and it just says 99+ hang in there an agent is on the way.
Then my case gets marked as resolved with no contact, no email, nothing.
I have an EA account registered with an email that the email provider does not exist anymore and there is no way to access it. If you send emails to it you just get a bounce back so I cannot get past the two factor auth. My steam is linked to that account and I would like to be able to either log into it or unlink my steam.
I have the password for the old account. I I have the password for my steam account. What do I need to do to actually talk to someone that can help with this.
was able to get it resolved though chat today. Just had to get up early and get in the queue
