Case keeps getting resolved with no contact
I have been trying for days to get in contact with support. I sit in the queue forever and it just says 99+ hang in there an agent is on the way. Then my case gets marked as resolved with no cont...
was able to get it resolved though chat today. Just had to get up early and get in the queue
