Chat in EA Help isnt working
Hi,
I still haven't received my EA-APP Compensation. So, I started a Case in EA help. After a couple of Emails, I got an invitation to chat.
"We received your response to our previous email, but to receive help, you'll need to continue your case via chat. To do so, follow these steps. 1. Log in to your EA Account. 2. Go to My Cases. 3. Select your existing case from the list and then select Continue Case to start a chat with someone on our support team. Why chat? Chat connects you directly to a member of our support team who can pick up where your emails left off. Please note: You can only continue your case via chat. We won't see any replies to this email. Thank you! EA Help"
- My case regarding this issue isn't closed.
- if I try to continue another case regarding this issue it just doesn't work (infinite loading screen)
- If I write another email I just get another email with an invite to chat. Also the links provided in these emails don't work
anything else I can do?
