Child account

HI

Im a parent of a 10yo and started a child accout on playstation and i tried it all to play with him but it just wont.

He can play on it and when i try to be friends it just wont appear to join as friend. I tried to put crossplay cos im on pc and all that ppl suggested but coundnt do it. At the end i tried to link his psn acc to an ea with mail and all but still cant get it and probably its set to an old or random ea acc. On my ea acc there s no child on family managment so i think its something becouse of that.

Can someone help me?
