Companion app & web app ‘disabled’

On the day of the web app release, I was playing it fine. Then the day after I bought EA play and player my 10 hour trial, but when i was in my trial i went onto the web app and all the features were disabled and I could not access anything but my team. Ive been told to turn on playtime on the companion app but i have tried multiple times and the same problem still occurs. I have since used my whole trial so I can’t play EAFC26 at all, unless I buy it.
