Connexion problem F1 25

Hello guys

I can't play online with my friends on EA F1 25, but it's not from I because I can play with them on EA FC26. I can't even access to the "Friends" category when they invite me. I bought them 2 on Steam on the same account but only FC26 is linked with my EA account. I've tried to contact the assistance but there is not even a "EA F1 25" as subject :/

Can you help me please ?

PS: the joint file is in french sorry guys

    Is it possible to share the error in English R3beufa​ as we ask that all attachments match the language of the boards they are posted in.
