I for the life of me dont understand why its so hard to get account support here. The contact us button just takes me to a chat bot that just asks the same questions over and over again. EA what are we doing here? Is it really so hard to just help your customers?
Community ManagerHey Hollowfield know it can be frustrating but when being prompted by the bot the best thing you can do is be as clear as possible.
It will ask you questions to ensure that you get the best support you can.
What question from the bot is the one causing you issues?
