Im trying to delete a child account which i created by mistake, except i cnt contact EA support, because every time i go to the web page it says "rEaD tHiS aRtIcLe" or "nO hElP fOuNd" ive been trying for like 2 days straight and i cant talk to ea support :/ Not enjoying EA at all so far
That's odd, I'm just getting the option to start a chat. Could you try clicking the link via an incognito window or another browser?

The links in this article give me the option to start a live chat with our live support team. They should be able to help you delete your EA account from there.

Why can't I just chat with someone or go to a page where I can delete my daughter's child account because I created it incorrectly? Everywhere I go I keep being greeted by a chatbot that doesn't help AT ALL. Please help.
