That's a fair point. It's at the bottom of the article. If you scroll down, you'll find it. You mentioned you've figured it out now, but just in case other readers are confused about how to contact support for this, I'll share the steps below:

• Open the EA Help article 'How to delete an EA Account': I recommend reading it before scrolling down.
• Scroll to the Bottom: At the end of our EA Help guides, you’ll find the “Contact Us” button. Click to start your support request
• Login or Continue as Guest: The next step will ask you to log in to your EA account. If you can't log in, you'll also see the option to continue as a guest.
• Fill Out Your Info: Enter your details, select from the available topic options, and give a description of the issue. If the topics available don't match your issue, that's ok. The context you add to the description field will help clear things up.
• Submit Your Ticket: After filling out the form, hit “Submit Ticket.” 
• Choose Your Contact Option: Pick from the available contact options, and our support team will be ready to help.

The response times vary from the Support team depending on the case. We won't have those insights into your Support cases on the EA Forums. If there's been no response after a few days or if you're in any way concerned, the case may have fallen through for whatever reason (maybe technical issues with the site, etc), get back in touch with the support team by creating a new case and referencing the case number for the one you're concerned about. If you sent in a case before, it will be logged in your My Cases page.

i find the 'how to delete an EA account' completely useless. Like, yes  it states that you have to contact an advisor, and then there is zero information on how to do that. like where is the 'contact advisor' button.

i did finally figure out how to start a case and i have a case # but it's been weeks with no reply.
