Deleted original email, cant get help with support

Question

I still actively use and access my EA account through my linked Xbox account and have had continuous access to it for years. However, the original email connected to the EA account was deleted a long time ago and cannot be recovered through Google anymore. Because of this, I cannot receive verification codes needed to update or change the email address on the account.

I have already contacted EA Support multiple times and tried account recovery several times. I provided information such as:

Xbox purchase history, linked Xbox gamertag, previous account details, approximate account creation period, other information I could remember

The problem is that the account was created back in 2019 when I was younger, so I cannot remember every exact detail originally entered on the account. Support keeps telling me that some details are incorrect, but they do not specify which ones.

I can still fully access the EA account through Xbox login today. The main issue is only the inaccessible email address.

Contact Live Support I had this same issue, and they helped me resolve it you do have to make a case and contact an agent. Go to this Link: Your EA Help support options and write the case and click to speak with an advisor.

EA live support wont solve anything, I did all they asked and provided all screenshots needed, with clear correct information and still I get the: try again and double check. I have all the info and screenshots to back it up, I can literally log into the account (I am typing from it right now)&nbsp;
