Deleting an EA account

Has anyone here been successful with deleting their EA account? I've been trying on and off for years and can never get a hold of someone from EA. I've been trying to open a case/start a chat through the EA help site these past two and they refuse to reach out.

If anyone has, would you be able to let me know how you went about it? It is possible there's just something that I'm missing.

And if someone from EA reads this, please help me with deleting my account. Please. At this point, I am willing to pay or do whatever it takes to be rid of it.
