I don't have access to my old email. The account is over 10 years old.

Recently, EA started requiring codes from your registration email. This didn't happen before. I'd already restored my account once, but I thought the EA app would remember me and not ask for a code again. But when I returned from a business trip, it asked for a code again.

I've already contacted the support chat, and they're asking me various questions that I don't remember anymore; I registered over 10 years ago.

I'm offering them the files EA stores on my PC so they can verify that it's my account. I have a game called Buttfield on Steam that I played. I give them screenshots and photos, asking them to take their files, but they're unwilling. They're waiting for me to remember all the information they're looking for.

Where else can I go? I have a lot of EA files on my PC from over 10 years ago, including their logs, and old Steam games with game keys.

I'm contacting them again now, but the chat channel is inactive, so I can't use it anymore.

My PC contains a lot of files, videos, and photos from various EA games on my account, but they're not interested. It's strange. They're not interested in the EA game linked to Steam, with keys. I played it, and there's a Steam post about it.

Account security is important to us.

When helping with certain issues, like account changes, it’s important that we can verify that you own this account. We want to make sure we’re not compromising your account, so we can’t help out with your issue currently.

If you’re able to regain access to your email account later, you can resume this case on EA Help at help.ea.com/my-cases/ or click Contact Us on any help.ea.com page to start a new case.

    Barry, thanks for your response.

But the "contact us" field isn't working. I'm attaching a screenshot.

I have a lot of files, photos, and videos. I can give EA access to my computer, so they can view all the files themselves.

A lot of screenshots and videos of me playing – not enough?

EA and Origin app files, 10 years old – not enough?

My old email in Russia doesn't work. I rarely used it after registering, and now it's gone completely, no access.

But I have a lot of files on my PC, including my game videos and photos. Is that not enough?
