I don't have access to my old email. The account is over 10 years old.
Recently, EA started requiring codes from your registration email. This didn't happen before. I'd already restored my account once, but I thought the EA app would remember me and not ask for a code again. But when I returned from a business trip, it asked for a code again.
I've already contacted the support chat, and they're asking me various questions that I don't remember anymore; I registered over 10 years ago.
I'm offering them the files EA stores on my PC so they can verify that it's my account. I have a game called Buttfield on Steam that I played. I give them screenshots and photos, asking them to take their files, but they're unwilling. They're waiting for me to remember all the information they're looking for.
Where else can I go? I have a lot of EA files on my PC from over 10 years ago, including their logs, and old Steam games with game keys.
I'm contacting them again now, but the chat channel is inactive, so I can't use it anymore.
My PC contains a lot of files, videos, and photos from various EA games on my account, but they're not interested. It's strange. They're not interested in the EA game linked to Steam, with keys. I played it, and there's a Steam post about it.
