EA Account connects but can't play ?

Hey guys,I've been reading some of the posts and it's beyond ridiculous what I'm seeing 👀 In my case I downloaded the battlefield 6 beta and went to jump on and it comes back with a QR barcode amd says my credentials have expired and to change my password so I jump on a d change the password and it still didn't connect so I'm like with ? But yet I can get into my EA Account that I've had since 2008 and a valid email address !!!! All I'm trying to do is talk to someone and sort this out but the chat takes way to long and then sends you a email saying do you still need help ? Like I'm going to literally sit on my open case and wait without going to bed ? Really !!! Something definitely needs to break through bcuz we pay for games but can't get on them and I'm referring to my madden and ncaa I can't keep a progress bcuz of this situation.... Need help asap !!

    No i actually don't see,but I just talked with an advisor and they unlinked one account but I still can't get in bcuz of another old account and there's probably more so I'll have to probably let them know of the other email accounts until they are all unlinked .....That's what I'm guessing but it's kinda crazy to be honest it should go by your Playstation console 🤷🏾‍♂️

    Hey Lito1L​ when you log into your account from 2008 do you see the linked accounts there?

  • Exactly :( you must wait until its done. Ive waited like that 6 days. And today its finally done. So good luck my friend :/

    im also really disapointed- its one of the biggest gaming company and ive never had such a bad experience with any support like with EA. Ive solve it, but to be honest- i will never buy anythinh from EA anymore…

    Our team is experiencing huge demand atm Archenemy1191​ and wait times are a little longer than normal.

    They are trying to get through each as quick as they can while keeping up the expected quality.

    EA_Darko​  sorry, but average waiting time in this 6 days was 300minutes. And everytime agent answered not afte 300, but lets say after 600minutes. And they aswered at 1 oclock in a morning : “Because you are not answering, we will close the case.” There is no chance to connect with support on phone, only this way - so i expect company as is EA will have at least enought agent to comunicate in normal time. For me, this is a real shame, nothing else! Worst experience ever…
    I will never buy anything from EA anymore!

    Actually nevermind I just created a new EA Account with a new email 📧 account and now have my PS5 Pro linked and it's all good now
