I solved this issue. here is how. I've read if you change your vpn to US you can reach live chat through the help page's contact us button. After you press "Contact us" button "Live chat" Button appears and pressed it. talked my issue about my other account that got stolen, gave infos about it. Supporter reverted my mail adress and sent me a password reset link.
I dont know why but "Live Chat" and even creating cases doesnt work in turkey and i assume it doesnt work for EU countries too.
Just change your vpn TO US america right now its the only solution it seems.
