EA account linked to dead/wrong email

Question

I cannot access my ea account at all. It's been years and I've tried hundreds of times to contact support. Now I want to play BF 6 and I can't.

My current email is linked to an old dead Xbox account and that account is linked to an email I do not recognize. I have no idea what is happening. I want my current email linked to my current Xbox account. Why is this so hard to change? I don't understand what happened or what I'm supposed to do?

Currently in the same boat. The dummy’s at EA don’t seem to be able to do anything. More than likely will end up refunding since they’re incredibly incompetent.
