Hi jacko8967​ ,

That really does sound unusual. It seems that all of the steps in the hacked account guide have already been tried. It’s also completely understandable how frustrating it must be to keep changing the password and resetting the email account.

Has the password for the linked email account also been reset? If EA Login Verification is continuing to be bypassed, there may be a security issue with the email account itself.
