EA accounts using an unfamiliar email cannot receive verification
Hello, EA, my Steam account is not linked to my EA account, and I do not recognize the email address on the account, which prevents me from logging into EA on the web. I want to change the email, but when I try to change it, the system sends a verification code to an unfamiliar email address. Please help me, thank you.
Hey yha520lby this can happen if you happen to link your account with the wrong EA account. Happens quite often when gaming with firneds.
