EA Advisor issues
I spent almost a full day trying to get an account issue fixed where it said my account was blocked. That got fixed, now I play a few games of BF6. Come back next day it says my account is banned. I go to the Penalty History and it says:
No history
You have no violations or appeals on your account. If that’s not right, make sure you're signed in to the right EA Account.
I submitted an appeal per the website instructions which that appeal was closed with no response or details as to why my account was banned. I tried to open another appeal and the web form says the operation is not supported by an EA advisor. I try to open a different case and it sends me to self-help and to contact an EA advisor. There is no way to create a case, and no way to phone or chat with an EA advisor and the support site just loops to contact an EA advisor to not supported by EA advisor. This is the worst customer support ever.
I purchased the full game on Steam, but play the battle royale on EA app and I cannot access either and no way to contact support. How do I file an appeal and get my account unbanned? Or I will dispute the credit card charge on Steam and get my money back.
