EA condones racism

During the BF6 beta, there was an argentinean player calling brazillians "monkeys" in chat. I reported him with the in game function and to my surprise today I got an e-mail telling me that he wasn't gonna be banned because "EA takes context in account" and "a different opinion of yours isn't a violation". Since WHEN calling people "monkey" is a matter of opinion or context? EA won't ban a racist because they want their money. Disgusting.
