Hey Teygan_Sims we can't really help with issues around the creator network, we can pass feedback on but generally what we can do is limited. But that doesn't mean we won't do what we can to help.
Is it possible to try on a different device and network to see if you have the same issue?
Can see odd things like this pop up from time to time.

Thanks for your answer. Yes I tried on different networks and devices as well with no success.
If you can give the word to your IT department it could be great just in case.
I'll wait and retry occasionally to see if the feature becomes available.
