EA Creator Network Application not linking social media pages.

I have all of my social media pages linked to public and professional settings, and already connected to EA, but when I try to connect Facebook in the EA Creator Network application, I am brought to a screen that allows me to "Continue" as my Facebook profile, then it redirects me back to the application without actually linking the account. Then, I can't connect Instagram to the application because Facebook is not connected.
