EA double charged me and won't respond.
I was purchasing packs on sale and I bought Home Chef Hustle Stuff pack. It errored the first time I purchased, so I tried again and it went through.
It ended up being a completed transaction TWICE on my payment method, so I emailed mailto:[edit: email address removed] to inquire about a refund. Did not hear back.
I then filed a chargeback, because I was double charged, and after investigation, got my refund.
EA then put a strike on my account for violating their payment fraud policies.
So tell me how I was supposed to get my money back since EA was not responding?
I can only use one of the same stuff pack on my account. When you purchased a content pack, it moves to owned packs and you aren't able to purchase again. So how was it possible to purchase the same stuff pack twice? It even lists it twice in my purchases on my EA profile.
I appealed the strike on my account, showed them I was charged twice, showed them I emailed and it wasn't resolves, and they denied my appeal.
There should not be a strike on my account because I wanted my money back after EA double charged me.
EA needs to resolve this and remove the strike because they tried to scam me.
