Hey, can someone provide an email to EA customer service please? I’d like to ask for a refund for the adventure awaits pack as I brought it yesterday and haven’t been able to play my game since and it doesn’t seem like the issue is being sorted. Any help to contact EA would be great. Thank you.

Our support team can be reached via email but first, a support case needs to be set up through the EA Help site. Once a case has been created, all future communication in that case will be through email.
However, for refunds, you do not need to send an email at all. We have a specific tool you can use if you meet the eligibility criteria for a refund. Our EA Help guide shares more about how to use this to make a refund request. I've popped the guide below, along with our Refund tool.
