Every time I try playing any game mode on the new Fc26 my screen goes green and my Xbox series x turn off, I’ve tried uninstalling and re installing it to which didn’t help. Spent £100 on a game that I can’t seem to play. Does anyone know why it could be happening or how to sort the issue out please? Only does it on FC26
Community ManagerHi there. This sounds like your console could be overheating. Is your console in a well ventilated place with the vents free of dirt and debris? If so, you may also have a lot of dirt inside. Especially, if your console is on the older side and it's never been cleaned out. There are numerous videos online showing how to open and clean your console.
