I just recalled something that happened at work...
Password security got updated, asking for typical 12 characters, numbers and special characters allowed with uppercase and lowercase mix...
The Password setup was correctly invalidating all-lowercase passwords when trying to be set by users and asking for a mix, but it was accepting the all-caps passwords without any issue...
If you encounter a system that is allowing an option that is less troublesome for you, it could be a door that compromises all later, it's better to just report it so someone can get a look at it.
