Community ManagerHey georginacr97, are you sure that the EA account you are logged into is the one linked to your Xbox accountBalit5666?
If seeing an error asking you to purchase the game when launching it through the Xbox app, then it is likely the case that you are logged into the wrong EA account.
The best thing to do is log out of the EA app and on the login page, hit Forgot Password and when prompted, enter any email accounts you have to see if you can locate your main account.
