Been sitting for over 10 1/2 hrs waiting on EA supports live chat that gives an est. wait time of 30 mins... only for when you get down to 1 min it resets back to a 2hr queue. $55 billion dollars and you cannot afford PHONES or a support section? I have followed every instruction to get support, made sure not to close the browser or let my pc sleep, like i said 10 HRS of this is BULLSHXT. where is your support
STILL CURRENTLY WAITING HERE WITH LIVE CHAT OPEN PUSHING 13hrs of looking at the same screen and not letting my pc sleep so it doesnt mess your system up worse than it already is. 13 whole hours spent refreshing the EA help page and posting on here only for RADIO SILENCE and STILL HAVE YET TO OPEN MY CASE. IT WAS A 30min est wait time, 13 hrs and over 10 different times of getting to 1min left on wait timer only to be reset to 240mins everytime
WHERE IS THE SUPPORT SECTION!!! NO PHONES AND NO ACTUAL WAY TO CHECK ANYTHING all we can do is wait for more silence i hope your entire Support section gets fired THIS IS BS
15hrs NO CONTACT FROM ANYONE WITH EA!!! WHERE IS YOUR SUPPORT TEAM IT SAYS 30 min WAIT TIME ITS BEEN 15 HOURS AND THE TIMER JUST RESETS WHEN YOU GET TO ZERO
They literally have the most incompetent support, I have a weird issue since past 2 weeks a purchase was made from my EA account for battlefield 6 phantom edition and its in my library yet I cannot play the game.
I have been connected with 6 different support advisors and all of them have told me something different. here check out my case as well and you will know how garbage they are.

After 19 1/2 hrs of sitting in the LIVE chat window my issue is partially resolved, tried to file complaints with the agent and "that isnt in our system" so look like accountability for failures just dont matter, honestly this goes past just the ONLY email support. Like you really dont care about customers if the only support you give is to send an email to a junk folder to never be opened
I GOT INTO THE QUEUE ONLY FOR MY LAPTOP TO CRASH AND I LOST THE QUEUE NUMBER!!!! WHAT THE HELL, EA????
