I have taken the appropriate measures to secure my account. The problem I’m having is when I reach out to EA Help about my account being hacked and someone unlinking my Xbox account from my EA they want me to provide the information to the EA account that has my Xbox account linked it. But I can’t provide any of the information because how would I know anything about the EA account that has my Xbox account linked to it. What I’m trying to do is get my Xbox account back and linked to my EA account. Is there any other way to prove that I own the Xbox account by providing screenshots or other information about my Microsoft account? I’ve been trying for days and I really need help with this.
