EA Help Support : Unable to provide justification for refund eligibility
Hey all,
I had purchased EAFC 26 on 13th Oct, 2025 evening, and I am writing this as of 14th Oct 15:58 IST.
As per EA Policies - one can request a refund within 24hours of launch.
I am well within the time frame, I had raised multiple requests regarding the refund however no response apart from most recent. However the Support Agent is not able to provide me a valid reason on why I am not eligible for the refund and repeatedly kept on saying the reason is invalid. What is the reason? He has no answer. As i kept asking it is as per policy, he stated no the reason is not valid and the policy does not hold true and he ended to chat abruptly.
