EA ID Change Issue

Hello,

My previous EA ID was Saorabbie.

Around 3 days ago, I changed my EA ID to another one. Today, I tried to change it back to Saorabbie, but I received the error message: Enter a valid EA ID, so I was unable to change it.

Could you please check why I cannot use my previous EA ID, Saorabbie, again?

If possible, please also check whether my EA ID can be restored back to Saorabbie.

    To help keep your EA Account secure, we limit how often you can update your email address and EA ID. You can only update your email address and EA ID once every 30 days.You can change your email address back to an old one that was previously associated with your account without any restrictions.

    I would like to provide additional information about my EA ID issue.

    You said that I could change it once every 30 days, but I can still change it freely now.

     

    When I try to use 'Saorabbie' or 'saorabbie', I receive the error message "Enter a valid EA ID".

    However, similar variations such as 'sAorabbie', 'saOrabbie' or 'saorabbiE' appear to be accepted.

    It seems like the exact EA ID 'Saorabbie' may be incorrectly blocked by the name filter or validation system. Could you please look into this?

     

    I have been using this nickname for over 10 years, ever since the EA app was Origin, so I don't understand why this is happening.
