Just here to say I have the same issue (unable to respond to support case email asking for further info).
I can't reply to the email, and despite the case # being in the subject, when I look at the case in the support portal, none of that correspondence shows. This is a Kafkaesque nightmare.

2 days agoHey Gorgoth0, since my last reply, the EA Help website has been updated with a new layout, so those instructions are no longer valid. I will go ahead and close this thread to avoid any confusion.
For your case, if you cannot respond to your current ticket, please try creating a new one. If you run into any issues, feel free to start a new discussion.
