The email address cannot receive the verification code

When I try to log in to my account, the verification code sent to my email address cannot be received. Could you please tell me what the reason is? I used to be able to receive it. If it's an issue with the email address, could you please help me change it? Thank you.

    Hey cantonhengda​ are you seeing a message that the email address is unable to receive a verification code or is it just not showing up?

    Logged in on my side just now and the code arrived in about a minute, may be no harm trying on a different network just to see if it makes a difference.

    The email address can't receive the verification code at all, and I’ve tried resending it many times but it still doesn’t work. However, my email can normally receive verification codes sent from other accounts—only this one has the problem. I wonder if there’s something wrong with this account, and could you tell me how to fix this issue?

    Are you using one of the known providers for email cantonhengda​ or a more niche one?

    Can happen that certain domains filter or are not able to accept some verification emails.

    If you have a backup email on the account or your phone you could try using that.

    I’ve been able to receive verification codes for my other EA accounts with this email without any problems, but for some reason, this particular account isn’t receiving them. As I can’t obtain the verification code, there’s no way for me to update/change the associated email address either.

    In that case cantonhengda​ the best thing to do is to open a case with our live support team here

    They will be able to review your account with you and advise you furhter.
