EA linked to non-existent Twitch account

Also had this same issue with an account under a similar name comprised of what seemed to be code/nonsense... Removed it and am in the same boat, interested in the response/fix.

I also have the same issue and can't figure out how submit an appropriate support ticket.

I'm having this problem too. The Twitch account linked to my EA account was also a jumbled user name, BJq8X4j26YcKJCx. I had read people saying the jumbled name happens if you change your Twitch password because it breaks the authentication between the accounts and they said just to unlink and then relink the accounts, but EA won't allow the accounts to be relinked. I have only ever had one Twitch account and one EA account.

UPDATE - I just finished chatting with EA support and they were able to help me link the correct Twitch account.

I have to say it was a real pain to even find how to start a chat, but they did help me.

1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/
2. For "What kind of issue are you having?", enter Link my EA Account
3. For Game/Product, I don't think it matters, I chose Battlefield 6
4. For Platform, I don't think it matter, I chose Steam - PC
5. For Description, obviously just explain as clearly as you can what the problem is. I just said "I'm attempting to link my EA and Twitch accounts, but it is failing. Currently my EA account seems to be linked to a Twitch account called BJq8X4j26YcKJCx. This is not my Twitch account."
6. After you click Submit, there should be an option to start a chat with Support, so choose that, and then you should be on your way to getting it fixed.
