Dear EA Support,
I am playing Apex Legends on PlayStation 5. My account has been disabled, and unfortunately, I have forgotten my password. When I attempt to reset the password via the website, the system blocks me and says I must use a recognized device.
Since I am locked out, I cannot appeal the ban from my main account. I have full access to my original email address and can verify my identity. Please help me recover my account and review the ban.
