Hi, I’ve been unable to log into my EA account because I no longer have access to my two-factor authentication method. I can’t receive the codes, and I’ve tried everything to recover my account. Could you please help me recover my account? My error code is FC25 (if applicable).
i have the same issue, my email got deleted and i can login to my account true my steam but i really want to unlink it and connect it to my new ea account. but i cant change anything, i cant add a phone number because they want to send me an email i can't change it because they want to send me an email, and i can't unlink my account because they want to send me an email. thats ridiculous i think. I tried to contact them via email but i didn't had any luck. now i'm seacrhing on this forum maybe somebody can help me. let me know if u have any info about what can we do.
