Re: Permanent Ban Without Explanation – Only Played 2–3 Rounds in Open Beta

Hey,

I'm not receiving any response on my tickets with EA... My account got permanently suspended while playing the BF6 Open Beta on the 11th of August. I sent an appeal, but no response. I have another EA account also from way way back and tried to send a general ticket through that one, but still no response. It's now been 9 days..

I've tried to call them also, but only getting "this number is not in use". Even tho the number is listed on EA's own website under "contact customer support". This is starting to look more like a bankrupt company not getting back to their customers.

 

WHAT TO DOOO??? :(

    The forums are really not the best place to get support about this stuff. We can't usually help with anything account-related.
    If your account got banned, you should have an email with all the details and the reasons behind it.
    If you can't find it, you should be able to check your Penalty History here.

    From that page, you should also have a button to submit an appeal!
    Our dedicated team will investigate and review your case. This process will take some time, so if you have already submitted a case using that process, please check your emails for updates. Unfortunately, we can't give you an estimated time, and it might vary from case to case!
