EA Play Pro subscription issue

Hi there, hoping you can help.

I subscribed to EA play pro on the 20th of September, payment went through.

When I click on the store it says on every game "This game is unavailable, you're not eligible to play this game"

I've spent 5 hours on chat over 2 days with no one offering any resolution or suggesting a fix.

Does anyone have any idea on what I can do?
