EA says my account is linked even though it's not
Can't link my xbox account to EA because I wrote "gmil" instead of "gmail" a long time ago. So technically the account is not really linked. Can't reset or make a ticket, and the help bot is of no help ironically enough.

What options were you selecting when trying to get a case set up? You may see different contact channels (chat/email) depending on what you've selected, but this is definitely something the support team should be able to help update.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, that should put you in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
