EA SCAM unable to get full refund from Battlefield 6

this company is a scam , apart that i bought a game BF6 and i couldn't play it on time , now i cant get my full refund back from the Phantom Upgrade also . anyone with similar experience ? i talked...

  Yes I got my money back yesterday - Stay on their **bleep** keep your case active you will get your refund
  I literally talked with 20+ advisors over past 2 weeks and it came to a point each one of them knew my case when they jump on
