Give these steps a try. They just gave me the live chat option.

Search for "Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2" and select it when it appears.

Choose either the "I'm looking for something I bought" or "I want a refund" options (both gave me the chat option).

Select the "Chat with us" option beneath the recommended articles.

If the chat option does not appear, try using the site while not logged into an EA account or with incognito mode enabled on your browser (I wasn't logged in when I was checking just now).

i talked to an agent and they refunded it but i have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back which is totally fine with me…. ^_^
