EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Edition missing from Refund Tool

Hello, I pre-ordered EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Edition through the EA App several months ago. Early Access became available today and I launched the game for the first time today. I would like to request a refund, and I am still within 24 hours of my first launch. I have not spent any of the FC Points included with the Ultimate Edition. However, EA SPORTS FC 27 does not appear in the Refund Tool at all. My Order History shows the purchase as Completed/Fulfilled, but there is no “Request a refund” option. I also tried the EA Help contact flow, but it only redirects me back to the Refund Tool and does not create an open support case. Could an EA Community Manager please tell me how I can contact an EA Advisor directly or have this purchase manually reviewed for a refund? Thank you.
