EA Support Keeps Closing My Case Without Responding

So, When I was asleep around 4 in the morning I got a email saying someone came on the chat and replied asking me to reply otherwise they will close the chat. And they did again. It appers you just have to look at the chat and keep staring at it for hours and hours and hours until it works.
