[EA SUPPORT NEEDED!] I haven't been able to receive any of my Twitch Drops

I cannot claim any of my drops in any of my games, and need help rectifying this.

I've been trying to get in contact with support for almost 12 hours now, and even sat in a queue for a support agent chat for 3hrs. I finally gave up when I still had 187mins left after already waiting 3hrs!

The once-in-a-lifetime link thing is what is causing this isuue, but i only have one Twitch.

I have been a loyal customer since 2013, and before that as an offline gamer.

I need help from an actual EA employee
